- If employed, provide your job letter on company letterhead from the firm.
- If employed, provide salary slips from the company for the last three months.
- Submit your company letterhead for a visa request if you are self-employed.
- Provide a copy of the NTN Certificate.
- If a government employee, provide leave sanction.
- If a member, provide a valid certificate and visa recommendation from the Chamber of Commerce.
- Show travel insurance.
- If travelling with your family or spouse, provide a Family Registration Certificate (FRC) or Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC).
- Provide your recent account maintenance letter signed and stamped by the bank with a recent Bank Statement for the last six months with a closing balance of at least PKR 1,400,000.
- Provide confirmed hotel booking and return ticket.
