Requirement for Schengen Visa
Provide the following documents to apply for Visa:
- Submit the original Passport with a validity of at least eight months, along with all previous passports.
- 4 Passport-size Pictures are required on a matte finish paper with a White background.
- Provide a copy of valid CNIC with both sides.
- Provide a copy of the NTN certificate, chamber of commerce certificate, and recent two years of tax return.
- If self-employed, submit your company letterhead and visiting card for a visa request.
- If employed, provide a job letter, leave letter, and salary slips from the company for the last three months.
- Provide a further explanation about your visa application through the letter from the applicant addressed to the visa officer of the Consulate General.
- If travelling with your family or spouse, provide a Family Registration Certificate (FRC) or Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC).
- Provide your polio vaccination card.
- Provide your travel insurance policy.
- Provide confirmed details of hotel booking and ticket itinerary.
- Provide your recent account maintenance letter signed and stamped by the bank with a recent Bank Statement for the last six months with a closing balance of at least PKR 500,000 for a single applicant.
