• Visa Request Letter on Letterhead
• Photocopy of National Tax Number certificate.
• Cathay Pacific” Air Ticket (Once The Visa Issued Ticket Will Be Non Refundable).
• Photocopy of Credit Cards.
• Travel Cheques.
• Photocopy of Chamber of Commerce membership certificate.
